Soon…

I will be back in the arms of my beloved. Yes, my return to Venezia is almost here. It’s less than a month now.
But first I need to get through the last three weeks at work. They are indeed the last because this is when I retire after 24 years with the Department of Social and Health Services in the state of Washington, USA.
People ask what I’m going to do with my time and my response is “anything I **** well please” when I please.
But first before I really settle into retirement I’ll be back in the City of My Dreams for 34 days, including my birthday, Christmas and bringing in the New Year.
Of course I’ll be posting pictures and observations here.
But first here are a few of my favorites shots from my trip last year.

For those of you who will be visiting Venice in December I hope we can meet up for a coffee or a spritz!

About mvaden1948

I love to travel to Venice (and probably other parts of Italy and beyond) and my camera leads me where she wants without any consideration as to whatever plans I may have. I enjoy photographing nature, my cat and anything that strikes my fancy. I have a "thing" for interesting doors and architectural details.
